RollKall Officer Verification Process
Getting started on the RollKall mobile app is easy and designed to ensure officers can quickly and securely access jobs. Once these steps are complete, officers can access job postings, manage schedules, and track earnings directly through the app. Here’s how to get verified:
- Officer downloads the RollKall mobile app through the App Store or Google Play Store
- Upon opening the app, the login page will appear. The officer will click Sign Up.
- Officer will be asked to input their email address and tap Send Verification Code. If necessary, the officer can tap the Send new code. Once the code has been entered, tap Verify code.
- Officer will be asked to enter their phone number for verification. They may change the country code, if needed. Once the phone number has been entered, tap Send Verification Code. If necessary, the officer can tap the Send new code. Once the code has been entered, tap Verify code.
- Enter First and Last name.
- Create a Password and reenter the password in the next dropdown to Confirm Password.
- Click “I agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Officer Affirmation.”
- Tap Create account.
- The app will now show a 3-page tutorial which highlights the app’s ability to find-off duty jobs and set up earnings. Tap Get Started on the bottom of the screen.
- Before the officer may see jobs in the app, they must go through 6 verification steps, the first is to enter their home address. Click Add Address, and once finished, tap Save in the upper right corner.
- Tap Add Department Information. Input the Police ID Number, State, County, Current Department, Department Start Date and Rank. Once finished, tap Save in the top right corner. If you can not find your current department, please contact support@rollkall.com for assistance.
- Tap Add Supervisor and input the Supervisor Name, Phone Number, and Email.Tap Save in the top right corner to continue to the next step.
- Tap Request where it says Request Supervisor Approval. An email will automatically be sent to the supervisor for approval. While the officer waits for supervisor approval, they may continue through the process; however, they will not be able to view any jobs until both the supervisor and their agency and/or RollKall has verified the officer.
- Tap Upload Department Credentials and add the Front of credentials and Back of credentials. The photo can be uploaded from the Camera, Photo Library or Files. Tap Save in the upper right hand corner.
- Tap Upload Professional Photo and select to upload the photo from the Camera, Photo Library, or Files. Crop the photo as needed and tap the checkmark in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Please Note: Once the officer’s supervisor and agency has approved their account, they will receive a notification (if opted in for notifications) that will inform them that their account has been approved by their supervisor. After the officer is verified, they can return to the app to view the Jobs, Schedule, Earnings, and Job History.
While RollKall does ask for some of your information for identification and verification purposes, we never share or sell your information to any third parties. Any information collected is used solely to enhance the experience, safety, and efficiency of your extra-duty job.
