Save Time With Job Drafting and Historical Applicant Lists

RollKall continues to work to update our web portal and mobile app to provide the best experience possible, with the functionality you need.

In this release, users can now create a draft of jobs and save them for future editing and posting. This allows users to input jobs they know are coming up, but may not have all the details for or be ready to schedule officers. It can help save users time by allowing them to put all upcoming jobs in at once, instead of waiting to put them in one at a time when they are ready to post and be staffed.

In addition to saving jobs as a draft, Law Enforcement Agencies will also now have a historical list of all applicants that applied for a job - with a timestamp - and an indication of who was approved and denied for the job.

Key Takeaways:

  • Users can now save jobs as drafts for future editing without posting them live
  • Future jobs can be loaded into the portal all at once and saved for later
  • Agencies will now have a historical list of applicants for jobs with approval/denial information
