In April 2023, RollKall added the ability to set minimum pay rates so that officers never get paid below their agency's minimum rate. Read on to learn more about this new feature.
The minimum pay rate feature allows agencies to define a minimum rate that their officers can earn, even if they are working cross-jurisdictionally for a job posted by another agency that is open to outside officers.
The minimum pay rate will only apply if the agency's set minimum rate is higher than the pay rate set on the job. In other words, the officer would always be paid the higher rate between the posted job rate and their agency's minimum pay rate.
The agency's minimum pay rate can be set in the Payments & Invoicing Settings section of the agency settings.
