View activity history on jobs to ensure proper assignment

In March 2023, RollKall added the ability for agency users to view all activity on job postings in the RollKall platform. This activity log provides granular detail on activities like postings, applications, and officer assignments, and is a useful tool to ensure that job assignment rules are working as intended and that jobs are being assigned fairly.

Users can access this Job History log from the "History" button on the job details page.

For job postings with a complex history, RollKall has added filters that enable users to find specific activities. These three filters include officer, action, and position. Note that the job history log will also show relevant information for jobs with assignment rules based on officer seniority, hours, or jobs already worked.
